Thanksgiving by Edmond (12 years old)

 

I have many things to thank God for. All the things I can enjoy and do come from God. 

 

thank God, thanksgiving from a boyOne of the first things I would like to thank God for is my enjoyment of reading. I love reading and reading loves me. I always look for new books. Whenever I’m angry or sad if I read it washes all that anger or sadness away. Also it gives me new horizons and ideas about people, places, animals, history, etc.

thanksgiving from a boy, thank GodThe second thing I would like to thank God for is my computer. I thank God for my computer because I can do so many things on the computer. It helps me do homework faster and I can also have fun too when I play games. A computer is also a form of communication between people so I can talk to my friends.

 

thanksgiving from a boy, thank GodAnother thing I would like to thank God for is my music lessons. My music lessons teach me to play the piano and violin. The piano and violin are very relaxing and when I play I get to make music, which is great. Also you can express your feelings through music by playing sad or happy music and playing slower or faster.

Many of my friends are the ones I play with online but I also have ones where I live who are really cool. I would like to list them so that they can be blessed. All my friends are: Nano, Extra, Luxx, TheSyko or Fish, Lord Montezuma, White Eagle, Chancellor, Vile Warlock, Neo, Soron, Dead People, Koki, David, Fahd, Austin, Matthew, Shohei, Pei, Graham, and Kevin. On Thanksgiving I would like to pray for them.

Also I want to thank God for my family, home, and food (oh yes food!).
